Our Desktop Support group offers a variety of services to end users. Desktop support is available Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM. Desktop support covers hardware and software troubleshooting on the Microsoft, MAC, Linux and UNIX platforms.
- Our group works with Dell, HP or generic PC systems.
- We have Macintosh technicians that are Apple certified to work on all Macintosh computers.
- Our technicians are very knowledgeable in their respective fields.
To receive assistance from our the desktop support group, we encourage you to first contact us to discuss your companies support needs. Once you have a contract with us we will set up your account so when the need arrises and you contact our helpdesk, they will process your request then relay it to the proper technician for the task. Then you will firstly receive a call to decide if it can be fixed immediately or the technician will be dispatched to your location.
